S1 Sandblast with Special Silver band
A smaller version of some of the bent apples seen
earlier in this gallery. It is mounted with a unique
silver band which was created using the same process
used on the bands for the Domina series. This process (micro fusion)
allows the creation of small runs of highly detailed
silver bands. As a last detail, Giancarlo double stepped the tenon
which leaves a little space or gap between the stem and the shank.
While it looks as if the stem hasn't been fully inserted
it was designed that way, and it looks good.
In spite of the double stepped tenon, a pipe cleaner
will easily run the length without taking the pipe apart.
