Briar Mill Tour - Phase Two
With the "primordial soup" drained out of
the kettle,
we now see a jumble of cut and trimmed briar blocks of all
sizes, shapes and grades. Surely if one could survey the
blocks we'd find the highest quality - extra extra plateaux -
to be
the smallest quantity, though by far the largest in terms of
size.
Extra Extra Plateaux is the briar used by the finest artigiani,
like Luigi Viprati and Ser Jacopo.
